Even In The Dark There Is A Trace Of Light

I think life was tired of shitting on me because things have started looking up for me. On thursday I went to my singing lessons and my teacher was just like "I have to say how proud I am of you, you have imrpoved more drasticly then any student ive ever seen" I was just like YAY :D so that was pretty awesome. Umm what else... oh i played that big show Ive been talking about non stop haha. It went pretty well, except my bass did not really work that well during the set. So i was pretty upset with that, I mean our stage presence owned, the crowd was big and was loving us, we got sponsors after us and also the WARMEST welcoming ever, but I just feel like once again I did nothing to help out my band. I mean i try my best to stand out or be up front in my own way but it just seems so hard when there is so much talent in everyone else. Sometimes I feel like id help out more if i just played in the back while someone else stood up there pretending like they played, but anyways. the show went great and everyone loved us. I got to walk around holding a sign telling everyone to go watch us ( = id like to think i brought in a lot of people, but i doubt it.. anyways, after the show I made plans to hang out with my friend Nikki. So i left there immediatly and went to hang out with her at her house. I had a lot of fun, her family is really nice to me. haha some familes hate me and some dont. she said they liked me so that is just good enough for me :D and more importantly i think she really liked me too. well she said she did so that made me happy. we played xbox and wii and went to the park and hung out. I had a lot of fun. Its good to have a good weekend again. ( =
